REWARDS PROGRAM
The Rifle Supply Family Rewards program is a free and automatic loyalty/rewards program that provides customers with points earned by purchases in-store and online. These points are applied to the customer's account and can be redeemed during checkout. Orders placed on seperate accounts cannot combine points. As a customer, you do not need to participate in the program, and you can shop normally. This program is only here to benefit our customers and provide rewards and coupons for shopping with us.
POINTS:
The term "Hollow-Points" is meant to indicate the unit of measure of a "reward point" and is no indication or promise of any free hollow point ammunition. Points earned on any given account can expire if the account is inactive for 365 days (1 year) since the last activity. This activity could mean a purchase, earned points, or redemption. Earning birthday points does not count towards activity.
VIP TIERS:
Once a customer enters a VIP tier, they have 1 year (365 days) to meet the minimum spend necessary to stay in that tier, OR spend enough to enter any tier higher. If the customer does not meet the minimum spend necessary to stay in the current tier within that rolling year, they will be demoted to the tier in which they are currently elligible for. (For example, if a customer enters the "Full-Auto" tier (minimum spend of $3000) and only spends another $1500 over the course of the next year, they will be demoted to the "Semi-Auto" tier (minimum spend of $1000) because that is the tier that they are now elligible for).
REFERRALS:
Referrals will only reward points/discounts if the minimum requirements are met. The current minimum requirements for the referee's discount is to use the coupon on an order over $150. The minimum requirement for the referrer to receive their reward points for a successful referral is for the referee to successfully complete their first purchase with Rifle Supply. If any of these requirements are not met, discounts or points may not be earned/redeemed.
GENERAL INFO:
This rewards program is powered by YOTPO. The resulting functionality and interaction is directly supported and hosted by YOTPO, while Rifle Supply retains the ownership and rights to any of the imagery and copy pertaining to the program. If a mistake occurred and points were not awarded as they should have been, Rifle Supply can edit point values upon request and subsequent review. Due to Rifle Supply's limited access to the backend functionality of the YOTPO program, we have limited ability to change the "amount spent" as it contributes to VIP tiers, and cannot guarantee full adjustment. Rifle Supply reserves the right to make any adjustments necessary to the RS Family Rewards program, including but not limited to adjusting redemption values, changing VIP tier benefits, and changing referral rewards or requirements.
CREDIT CARDS
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Rifle Supply reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

All content found on this site; including products, web copy, promotions etc., is the sole property of Rifle Supply and has no direct ties to BigCommerce as a company. TAXES
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Rifle Supply holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Rifle Supply shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Rifle Supply shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Rifle Supply will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
FIREARM ABANDONMENT
We will hold all firearm transfers and purchases for up to 6 months. If a firearm is still in our possession past 6 months, it will be considered "abandoned" and under the ownership of Rifle Supply.
