West Coast Armorā€™s Trauma Kits have been approved by US special forces combat medics. Their Trauma Kits contain the same products that combat medics prefer use to save our troops lives in the field. They contain:

New Trend Safe Comfortable Israeli Bandage:

The Israeli Bandage 4? AZ-MB-01 is a combat-proven pressure bandage designed to staunch blood-flow from traumatic hemorrhage wounds in pre-hospital emergency situations.

This bandage consolidates multiple first aid devices, ultimately providing primary dressing, a pressure applicator, secondary dressing, and a foolproof closure apparatus to secure the bandage in place. The sterile, non-adherent pad applies pressure to any site, can be easily wrapped and secured, and comes equipped with an additional application, similar to a tourniquet, to further constrict blood-flow. The product is so easy to use that even an injured person can self-apply the bandage with one hand!

This internationally patented and AZ-MB-01 approved bandage is the ideal solution for emergency treatment when every second counts. Ideal for use by the military, first responders, EMS, law enforcement, disaster preparedness, homeland security, commercial and industrial sites, and first aid kits.

18.3cm Black EMT Shear:

S.A.M. Splint:

18ā€¯ x 4.25ā€¯ Rolled Splint

In any emergency situation involving broken bones or soft tissue injuries, the splint is often the most important tool to have in your first aid kit. For this reason, West Coast Armor included one of the most exceptional splints available today.

ā€S.A.M.ā€¯ stands for Structural, Aluminum, and Malleable, and the reason immediately stands out. Built from a thin core of aluminum alloy sandwiched between two layers of closed-cell foam, the S.A.M. is exceptionally pliable. It can be bent into any of three simple curves, making it extremely strong and supportive for any fractured or injured limb. Even with its exceptional strength and moldability, it remains soft enough to cut with ordinary scissors.

Vented Chest Seal:

The Vented Chest Seal device is designed to seal an open chest wound and minimize the risk of developing tension pneumothorax, a leading cause of preventable battlefield death. The seal maintains static placement for spontaneous relief of tension pneumothorax and ensures effective channeling for the release of blood and air.

Aluminum Windlass Rod Tactical Tourniquet:

Effectively designed to be applied with one hand if needed, this aluminum handle allows for extreme tightening without risk of breaking. In addition, a pen is concealed within the handle to document application time.
