Is this gun legal to own or carry in California?

Hi George,
When it is purchased, it is not a complete firearm because the frame is an unfinished 80% frame. If you wanted to build it out legally, you would first need to register it with the DOJ and obtain a serial number through cfars.doj.ca.gov. Otherwise, it is not considered a legal/registered firearm.

This kit is 80% completed, this kit does come with the jig and the drill bits needed to complete the build.

Hello Keith,
All generations of Glock mags do fit this kit. If you are left handed you would be limited to gen 4 and gen 5.
